I think Kelly is the most popular thus far. People always remember the first, the last, the worst and the greatest. Try asking a friend etc. who doesn't keep current with modern music or television, "Who is Kelly Clarkson?" Then ask "Who is Fantasia?" See!! They're all great singers. I just think Kelly is most popular.

I actually liked Chris of this past season. But that's water over the bridge now. To answer your question, I truly can't say because I just started to watch when Carrie Underwood won. I like her songs, Fantaisa seems to have it going on, Kelly, and Clay seems to be popular. Okay, I would say Fantaisa, because she had to overcome a lot of obstacles in her life, and she's not bitter, plus, she has a slamming voice!

Kelly Clarkson is the only one that is truly an "Idol". The others may be making a living at it , granted, but they are hardly idols.

Kelly Clarkson because that's the only season I've watched. And it's like every song she pops out is a hit....kinda overplayed if you ask me. But she has definitely had the most success out of all of them.
