this lady beat the kid to death in jerymn pa her 3yr old stepson for peeing in his diaper and not the toilet and she beat him before that how can anyone do that to a child who doent even know better ? and i dont belive her albi and her nine yr old daughter witnessed it read the scranton times it was in the paper ?

I hate to say it but you give what you were given in life. I think that is why you hear so many people with children say Oh...MY...GOD...I've turned into my mother/father. We learn to parent by watching how our parents treated us or our older brothers and sisters. In my case my son was three years old when he came into my life. We were left alone a lot due to my husband not wanting to be a father in the first place.And low and behold one of the first things to come out of his mouth was he did not have to do any thing that I said. And nothing that I did was as good as his moms. The anger was there but instead of getting angry, I took his little face in my hands and told him that I knew that I was not his mother ,I didn't want to be his mother, and I wasn't going to try to be her. I was his step - mom and my job was to make sure he grew up to be a decent human being. He did not have to love me, or even like me but what he did ave to do was respect me because I was partially responsible for how he would turn out as a man. I told him I that I loved him like he was my own son and no matter what happened to him I life , I would stand behind him and believe in him because In my eyes he was already a good man. And we became the best of friends...that is until he became a teenager. And I 'll let you know if we survive it cos there are times that yes I wold love to smack him. I may be wrong but I believe that at 15 he is a bit to young to tell me to f-off. He has spent a lot of years having to listen to his mom tell him what a horrid person I am. And I know that deep in his heart he will know how I feel about my baby boy.

I'm sick of the excuses like I was on drugs,I was abused or I was stressed.When something like this happens don't send them to a nice safe prison turn them over to the family.With no questions asked.If they are lucky enough to still be alive 10 to 1 they won't do it again.She'll probably get some treatment and yes she'll probably be back out on the street to hurt some other little kid real soon.These people have got to stop being babied.They did wrong...pay for it . Don't just slap their wrist.

A truly sad story and yet not a new one. Some may suggest step children are killed because they will not carry on your genes. Some say demonic possession, over stressed, revenge on spouse/lover... Personally, I think there is no reason at all. How could there be a legit reason to murder a child? Humans do stupid, horrid things- everyday since the beginning of time.

Working class parents are often berated for not 'providing enough' in terms of excessive material wealth, for 'women working because they have to', single parenthood and being disciplined. This is a case of pure white trailer park trash with a junkyard heap for a backyard, Wildcat beer cases everywhere, kids with lice who bathe in dirty water once a week, crystal meth trafficking, living off Kraft Mac n Cheese and piles of laundry everywhere with a bulldog shitting on the carpet...
