Sweetie, you are beautiful. I know sometimes we all get fed up with our looks, and think we're a hound. But don't spend too much time worrying about being plain. Someday, when you are like 40, you will find a bunch of pictures from NOW and say, "Wow, I was gorgeous...". When I was your age, I was so convinced I was a dog, and, really, I wasn't. I wasted a lot of time worrying about my looks. You have beautiful eyes, and a great complexion. A good complexion is a girls best friend.
If you just want a new look, try some color around your eyes, amethyst eyeliner or greenish eye shadow. Don't try the contacts, I'm an optician, they always look fake. Maybe a brighter lipstick or a shorter haircut, or a streakier color. But really, you look great right now. Have fun with new looks, but don't think you need them, cause you don't.

personally I think you are beautiful. I especially like the gap in your teeth. It really gives you something unique. Also beautiful

Plain looking? Are you nuts?!?! You're gorgeous! If you want to add something though you could try a tongue ring. Or colored contacts. But do it only becaus eyou want to, because you are pretty just the way you are!
