President Bush and President Clinton have been trying to do just that by bringing Mexico into the fold, but their methods have come under fire time and time again. You'd be surprised at the reasons that Presidents do the things they do and then get TOTALLY misjudged by people who haven't the faintest clue as to what is going on. Check out their policies, and then check out the political climate of Mexico at the same time. They've been prepping Mexico for a long time.

I suppose you are talking about the security and prosperity perimeter. If so this would not expand the borders of the United States but dissolve them. Thus dissolving our sorvgenty

Are you proposing to conquer Mexico? I don't think the Mexican people would like the idea,and quite frankly I don't believe the US could pull it off now.
