If you thought that ONE day was almost stopping, or that the "boogie man" drew you back in and there fore you could not control yourself, well, it is time for some serious counseling.

Really, if you want to gamble... try betting on yourself... there are "Gamblers An-non" probably in your area.... but other than listening to other folks chat about their addiction... a personal, private counselor is the best remedy...Ya gotta put your money where your mouth is and not let your mouth make any contracts your **** cannot hold up.

Seriously, if you are gambling every day, loosing money.. of course its the way the odds are, stacked against you, that is the plan of the whole thing... you really need to get some serious on-on-one help. Hey, you're already spending the money... why not spend it on you and get something for it??

There are two different types of gamblers, the ones who are addicted to the games and the ones who are addicted to the thrill of winning big money. Once you are addicted, you can never go anywhere where there is gambling. The only way to stop is cold Turkey. Try finding another interest such as a video game, cards, or a hobby to consume your time. You can easily lose everything from a gambling addiction. You must take this problem seriously and please ask God to give you strength.

moving to new jersey might work. until the govt starts working again. (ok that was my sarcastic side). I would look into counseling, if you have a spouse ask him/her to help you by taking control of you cash/ credit that wont cure you but that may help. i would reccomend that you call a counselor/ crisis clinc as they may have info on the best type available. one other thing do not play any gambling games online. even if they are free. it will just get you craving the real thing.

Gamblers Anonymous is a good group. They follow the same 7 steps as Alcoholics Anonymous, and you meet with others who are going through what you are, or have been there.
