Don't worry about it, I thought I would be skinny all of my life. At 19 I weighed about 110, after a few years and a mellower lifestyle I actually gained enough weight that I had to diet. I am 5'9 and 160 lbs now..a perfect weight for me. You can bulk up on muscle by working out with free weights (don't bother with the machines) and taking safe supplements but once you go that route you had better stick with it. Good Luck!

Be proud of who you are and how your body looks. In stead of gaining weight, which could be unhealthy for a very small frame, try changing the way that you dress in order to look more mature. I know that it s hard to accept yourself when you feel uncomfortable in your own skin - many women feel the same way for being over weight, but try to accept yourself. You are young. You have plenty of time for your body to change.
Since you seem so concerned, what type of exercises are you doing? Have you tried weight training? If you work at high weight for short reps you can build more muscle mass and bulk. Try not to eat unhealthy to gain weight. You will do more damage to your body inside than you know. Good luck!

According to Men's Health magazine you need to lift weights that you can only rep for 3-6 times. So they need to be really heavy. Push yourself and if you are really serious you will do it.
Supplement with L-glutamine, Whey protein and creatine (use in 4 week cycles).
This link will provide you with a very good supplementing plan.

You need to eat like crazy. Your metabolism is probably crazy high and you need to probably eat a lot. Don't go crazy with the fat. Although it probably wouldn't look bad on you since you are skinny. Try for about 4500+ calories.
Pick a workout program here and select mass building.

Be serious and drink lots of water, supplement and hit the gym hard. Good Luck!

Go to GNC, or any health food store...there are SO many weight gaining foods available...or, just eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's right before bedtime. That sure works for me. But, is it weight you really need to gain? There are people in this world who are just small framed.

Avacado. I am also very skinny and my health doctor told me about avacados. The are pure fat. But do not fret it is a good fat that your body can absorb and use.
Do you have an alergy to wheat? That might have an affect on your digestion process. It's called celiac.
good luck: )
