What if 9-11 was an inside job to secure money and invade and kill multiple thousands for oil? What if the US has so bankrupted other nations through exploitation that the only way for it's citizens to fight back is through "terrorism".What if the media are controled and actively decieveing the public? What if the education syestem does take the ability to think and reason away and replace it with parroting. What if we are the ones who are brainwashed ?How would we know ? How could we really imperically test that?We assume we are good and that our government is okay; what would a billion dollars do to your character and what is the litmus test for intenational truth? We accept as fact that this or that country doesn't get told the truth how do we know we are ?
Will you critisize me for dareing to ask or question the government isn't that communist trait? Are you sure your not brainwashed?

Question - what would a communist party member ask or say if it's dear leader was questioned ? Firstly it would not attempt to answer the question and it would deride the person asking it in hopes that would intimidate others from doing the same . See above for the proper response to those who question the government comrad

Another example of how to handle questions from those who dare to question the dear leader is to again NOT answer the question but bring up some sort of sacred cow of human suffering into it in hopes the crowd will be distracted by thinking. See below See a faithful comrads response.
And what if it's not?
Here's your answer DH - B/C the US has enough oil in reserves to last this country for a long time.

The USA is not the evil one, it is the stupid Texas moron in the White House that is the evil one.
Here is his wonderful accomplishments done up in resume form:
GEORGE W. BUSH 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington , DC 20520
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
LAW ENFORCEMENT
I was arrested in Kennebunkport, Maine , in 1976 for driving under the influence of alcohol. I pled guilty, paid a fine, and had my driver's license suspended for 30 days. My Texas driving record has been "lost" and is not available.
MILITARY
I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went AWOL. I refused to take a drug test or answer any questions about my drug use. By joining the Texas Air National Guard, I was able to avoid combat duty in Vietnam
COLLEGE
I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. I was a cheerleader.
PAST WORK EXPERIENCE
I ran for U.S. Congress and lost. I began my career in the oil business in Midland , Texas , in 1975. I bought an oil company, but couldn't find any oil in Texas . The company went bankrupt shortly after I sold all my stock.
I bought the Texas Rangers baseball team in a sweetheart deal that took land using taxpayer money. With the help of my father and our friends in the oil industry, including Enron CEO Ken Lay, I was elected governor of Texas .
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS GOVERNOR OF TEXAS
I changed Texas pollution laws to favor power and oil companies, making Texas the most polluted state in the Union .
During my tenure, Houston replaced Los Angeles as the most smog-ridden city in America
I cut taxes and bankrupted the Texas treasury to the tune of billions in borrowed money.
I set the record for the most executions by any governor in American history.
With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida , and my father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President after losing by over 500,000 votes.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS PRESIDENT
I am the first President in U.S. history to enter office with a criminal record.
I invaded and occupied two countries at a continuing cost of over one billion dollars per week.
I spent the U.S. surplus and effectively bankrupted the U.S. Treasury.
I shattered the record for the largest annual deficit in U.S. history.
I set an economic record for most private bankruptcies filed in any 12-month period.
I set the all-time record for most foreclosures in a 12-month period.
I set the all-time record for the biggest drop in the history of the U.S. stock market.
In my first year in office, over 2 million Americans lost their jobs and that trend continues every month.
I'm proud that the members of my cabinet are the richest of any administration in U.S. history. My "poorest millionaire," Condoleeza Rice, had a Chevron oil tanker named after her.
I set the record for most campaign fund-raising trips by a U.S. President. I am the all-time U.S. and world record-holder for receiving the most corporate campaign donations.
My largest lifetime campaign contributor, and one of my best friends, Kenneth Lay, presided over the largest corporate bankruptcy fraud in U.S. History, Enron.
My political party used Enron private jets and corporate attorneys to assure my success with the U.S. Supreme Court during my election decision.
I have protected my friends at Enron and Halliburton against investigation or prosecution.
More time and money was spent investigating the Monica Lewinsky affair than has been spent investigating one of the biggest corporate rip- offs in history.
I presided over the biggest energy crisis in U.S. history and refused to intervene when corruption involving the oil industry was revealed.
I presided over the highest gasoline prices in U.S. history.
I changed the U.S. policy to allow convicted criminals to be awarded government contracts.
I appointed more convicted criminals to administration than any President in U.S. history.
I created the Ministry of Homeland Security, the largest bureaucracy in the history of the United States government.
I've broken more international treaties than any President in U.S. history.
I am the first President in U.S. history to have the United Nations remove the U.S. from the Human Rights Commission.
I withdrew the U.S. from the World Court of Law. I refused to allow inspectors access to U.S . "prisoners of war" detainees and thereby have refused to abide by the Geneva Convention.
I am the first President in history to refuse United Nations election inspectors (during the 2002 U.S. election).
I set the record for fewest numbers of press conferences of any President since the advent of television.
I set the all-time record for most days on vacation in any one-year period. After taking off the entire month of August, I presided over the worst security failure in U.S. history.
I garnered the most sympathy for the U.S. after the World Trade Center attacks and less than a year later made the U.S. the most hated country in the world, the largest failure of diplomacy in world history.
I have set the all-time record for most people worldwide to simultaneously protest me in public venues (15 million people), shattering the record for protests against any person in the history of mankind.
I am the first President in U.S. history to order an unprovoked, pre-emptive attack and the military occupation of a sovereign nation. I did so against the will of the United Nations, the majority of U.S. citizens, and the world community.
I have cut health care benefits for war veterans and support a cut in duty benefits for active duty troops and their families-in-wartime.
In my State of the Union Address, I lied about our reasons for attacking Iraq and then blamed the lies on our British friends.
I am the first President in history to have a majority of Europeans (71%) view my presidency as the biggest threat to world peace and security.
I am supporting development of a nuclear "Tactical Bunker Buster," a WMD. I have so far failed to fulfill my pledge to bring Osama Bin Laden [sic] to justice.

I don't think 911 was an inside job, but there's a reason why the rest of the world hates the U.S. It's the pattern of U.S. foreign policy, and exploitation by American government and corporations in other regions over decades. An example: The U.S. actually enabled Saddam Hussein to entrench himself by arming him to fight a war against Iran, while turning a blind eye towards crimes against his own people for years. The U.S. government has propped up corrupt dictators in developing nations, even as citizens in those countries were being persecuted, in the interest of American business. American businesses can operate in third world countries with much less laws, regulations or restrictions, than they can in industrialized western nations.
Here at home, we don't hear of the attrocities committed by americans(individuals, government agencies and businesses) in foreign countries. We don't want to believe it, and accuse the accusers of lying, or not having american values etc. etc. Take the recent example of the soldier who's charged with raping and murdering a girl in Iraq. We don't want to believe that could happen. Think it's the first time something like that has happened? Look at the whole Enron fiasco, bilking investers and employees out of billions. If they do that to Americans, think what American companies will do in a third world country that has no child labour laws, environmental regulations, safety regulations, labour unions, etc. And who controls the media? Large corporations.

If we are brainwashed then so is all of Europe (west and east) and most of asia. If you feel you are being brain washed then learn another language and go do some research on the internet into how other countries feel about us. Dont accept the status quo...go out there and find out what you believe. And then preach it. Whatever it is. Thats what is great about america. Freedom. Freedom to question and freedom to find the answers.

First of all none of the conspiracy theories can withstand scrutiny. The size and number of conspirators would set a new record and as any investigator can tell you, that many people simply could not keep a secret. Beside our government has a horrendous track record of screwing things up. They just couldn't pull something like this of. So, no real evidence, no smoking gun and the certainty of incompetence leads me to believe it is all just BS.

Wow, great honest question....
I often wonder that myself....what if everything we have been told is a lie....I feel that there are way more coverups with our govt. then people want to face.
The truth can be so ugly and painful we would rather believe a lie. I do feel we are indoctrinated in public schools to believe and never question the govt and its policies. Its scarry because if you do such things you are told to get the hell out....
Too many people have their heads in the sand about our govt.
