It's hard to tell what's happening from the description. Did you have a lawyer for your bankruptcy who could answer your questions? Anyway, if you have a discharge in bankruptcy (which is on your credit history, so you probably don't care about credit threats from the collector now), didn't it discharge this account too? What is the creditor's response to that? Can you send the collector/creditor a copy of the discharge by certified mail from the post office?

(Did you include this creditor on your bankruptcy petition, so that it got notice of the bankruptcy before it was final? If not, that could be a problem. )

It's hard to tell what you are asking. It sounds like you acknowledge the validity of the debt. Are you asking about bankruptcy?

you had 30 days to dispute it and they came back and sd it is due? u have to pay it or it will go on your cbr for 7 years
