I went to the eye doctor today and found out my pressure in my eyes is 18 (on the high side I have been told) I want to know any way to reduce the pressure. Do "tears" (eye drops) work? Help please!

Who told you the pressure was "on the high side"? If it was your doctor, that is fine. But 18 may not be high for you. Depending on other factors - such as the thickness of your cornea - 18 might be perfectly normal. if your cornea is thicker than normal then it will take more pressure than normal to take the reading - resulting in an apparent elevated reading.
Did your doctor recommend starting any treatment?
There are certain eye drops used in the treatment of glaucoma to lower the intraocular pressure. These are by prescription only.
Call your doctor and ask if you could come in and discuss your eye pressure. Most would be glad to put your fears at ease. But if you are still not satisfied, go for a second opinion. Good luck

Smoke some weed. I believe I read some where it reduces intra-ocular pressure. Check with your doctor.
