I'm about 10% somtimes 20% depending on the topic and what mood I'm in.
If you can't convince them, confuse them.
If you can't confuse them, convince them.

I felt it was only fair if I answered this question myself.

Assuming you're not talking about a number given on an intelligence test, I would guess I am about 20 - 30% bluff, and the older I get, the smarter I get AND the more I bluff. Its a paradox, but it's true.

My most interesting life experiment now is expressing an opinion with so much confidence that it appears to others that I must be right. If you really act like you know your stuff, most people will believe you (unless your a real dumb**** and tell real inaccuracies.)

It's fascinating to watch as others believe you more than you believe yourself. Not that I am lying, because I don't purposely tell lies, but I'm not nearly as impressed with myself as someone else might be.

I find the "fake it till you make it" a really good tool for the tool box.

Very smart, have known it for some time. Not afraid to say it. Is it wrong to toot our horn? Maybe. Is it only a bluff? Maybe. We appear much smarter in this format because we think before we speak. Great answers take forethought. Is forethought a bluff? Perhaps. I say this because in real life we don't always get chances to think things over very well before giving answers. Many things cannot be "done over" either. Thus our foot often ends up in our mouth. It's too easy to put our best foot forward in here. Some even research the web and cut and paste stuff into answers. But original thought bears a unique signature. Intelligence has a ring of comfort to it. You read it or hear it and say, "Ahh, that person is smart-that's a good point." A brilliant father once remarked about his gifted daughter, "Her problem is that she is not willing to admit she is brilliant." We cannot let society squeeze us into its mold of conformity. The flame of thought needs to be kept burning brightly.

Man u are an awesome thinker, I actually saw ur question n thought of answerin it..., So yes I am smart, but since there is no means of quantifying smartness, I cannot give u an value for it...But I agree with you, when you say that Bluff is an essential part of smartness.
The reason I think, is it that one of the qualities of being smart is that u should be able to talk on every topic, but actually that is not possible, so at that moment a little bluff will help........and thus you should be a good bluffmaster for being smart.

I feel this question deserves a look at Socrates. The Oracle of Delphi claimed Socrates was the smartest man alive, and Socrates found this was true due to the fact that he realized that he truly did not know anything, and admited the fact, whereas everyone else pretends that they do.
So I myself, I have to agree with Socrates that I am a fool and truly don't know anything. Actually, all I am doing is regurgitating facts and stories that have been told to me, and I always admit that I might possibly be wrong and don't take my word for something when it is not my personal opinion.
So, really how much of anything can you say is intelligence when it's just repeating what others have told us? And the bluffing of others, one word, ego. People need to feel that they are above others, including smarter.
