Looking at your name I am assuming that you are a man..unless you have sustained an injury then I would see a physician because I would know of no reason that this should be occuring.

You don't run alot do you, if I run more than 30 minutes in a wet sweaty t-shirt it will sand your nipples down with the weigh and friction......ouch!
