From my experiance, it takes about 3 days for the milk supply to become established. For the first few days after the baby is born, the breast produces a thinner liquid called colostrum. Newborns take a few days to figure out how to nurse, so the colostrum tides them over.
So I would assume that any liquid coming from the breast prior to birth is colostrum.

Yes and no. The liquid that comes out of breasts before giving birth is called colostrum. Colostrum continues to come out of breasts for a couple of days after delivering a child. The actual milk doesn't come until after the baby comes.

Very surprisingly (to most) even women who adopt a baby can, with much help from lactation consultant, produce breast milk and nurse the adopted baby! Amazing what the body can do. So, you don't even need to give birth yourself to produce it.
And to answer the question, yes!

Most definitely yes. Don't squeeze it though or the milk will start to run more freely and you will then have to start wearing pads.

Actually, you begin the process of lactation in your [approx.] fifth month of pregnancy. But, I believe the milk doesn't start flowing til the child is born.

It's not milk...If I remember correctly, it's called colostrum. Milk flow shouldn't happen until after childbirth.

Yes it can, mine did. Some women have a lot, some only a little, it depends on your body. Read more about breastfeeding if you're interested...
