Rodney Yee has a video called Yoga for Abs and there is no better work out on this planet for your abs. If you need to loose weight also to flatten your abs go low carb cause insulin stimulated by carbs puts the fat on the middle.

Reduce calories, especially empty carbs like breads, rice, sugars, and cereals, and then get consistent aerobic activity. Doing excessive sit- ups will not necessarily flatten your tummy, but they will strengthen your core, which is always a good thing.

surgery...but dont do that..
its bad for you. eat healthy watch what you eat..
then work off 20 lbs ...the first 20 you loose is jus water..
after that the more weight you loose, the more tummy you loose

eliminate empty calories, especially sugars and gluten-containing flour. eat better (raw organic, if possible) to slim down. best of luck!
