its going to be a good game, but I think Portugal has more speed and youth to beat the Germans. Although, Germany has a huge advantage when it comes to the crowd (for obvious reasons), so Im going to say .... Portugal: 55% Germany: 45%

Portugal 70%:
Portugal defense is flawless.Their ball possession is much neater, their team-work is fantastic, and their goalie is so psychic-know every ball's direction-dive correctly.
Germany 30%:
They always got a lil bit nervous when their opponent play new trick, they got clumsy easily, their defense not as strong as Portugal, but they still got a great scorers.

i would go Portugal beat Germany 2-1

Thought I'd answer your Totti question and then perhaps you will have a different perspective-his thumb sucking is actually to honor his new born child. So, it is actually a beautiful and loving gesture NOT an obnoxious one.

99% germany .01% portugal
germany has all their fans, homefield advantage, they have dignity, ballack, lehman.
portugal is relying too much on dives for fouls and if ronaldo gets booed again like in the france match, itll affect just as much as it did before. in that match he had a few good runs, but not nearly as much as when all the fans were cheering for him.
