Yes, I've played The Sims. Your Sim is probably depressed because some or all of his/her motives are in the red. Making all or most of his/her motives green will make him/her happy again.

is your sim depressed? If yes dance or swim or play a sport if you are call a professional they can help :)

ok. hit ctrl+alt+shift+c and there will be a green bar in the upper right hand corner and you type move objects_on. or its move_objects on. well you hit enter after entering it. and you can move all ojects including people. you go to buy mode and grab the people and delete them and than click their name in real mode and they'll come back not deprssed. and save before deleting them or else the skills they earned after the last time you saved will be gone.
