Brush your tongue when you brush your teeth. Also drink a lot of water and stay away from foods that are notorious for causing bad breath, like onions and garlic.

ALL those answers (well except for the lazy one who just wanted 2 pts... get a life, will ya?) are great, but also if it is a chronic problem there might be a problem elsewhere in your body that needs to be treated. Halitosis is sometimes a symptom of gastric problems, because of the acids in your stomach refluxing up the esophagus, so if you have stomach aches or heartburn see your Dr. If not then just do what everybody else said.

Baking soda and water rinse, natural bristle toothbrush for teeth, gums and tongue. Lots of Vit C, E, and Calcium. (Natural vitamins, not the ones made in a lab.) Drinking lots of water throughout the day keeps your mouth moist and rinses away odors and food particles. Dont go all day without eating either, then you get that empty stomach smell wafting up.
Gross, but it works..

Try a half Tablespoon of baking soda in a small glass of water, daily. Most bad breath comes from the stomach, the acids acting up, and baking soda will settle it.

99% of bad breath comes from the back of the tongue. When you brush your teeth in the morning and night, make sure you try to scrub off the white stuff on your tongue. It's just bacterial stink. After you clean it off, your lover will kiss you.

There are some pills you can take at the store made out of garlic. It seems kind of silly that they are made of garlic and I am saying they rid bad breath but they do. The tablets are odorless and colorless. And I think you take them once a day.

there's a thing called brushing the teeth, my dear. you must be hygienic. my cousin who chats on webdate has the same problem as you do. better have a check-up too if brushing won't help because there might be internal problems why your breath seems bad.

flossing will do wonders. Try flossing between the teeth in the back, then smell the floss, it smells like sewage. secondly, try breathing with your mouth closed and pass saliva through your mouth. saliva kills the bacteria in your mouth. When you breath with your mouth open, it dries your mouth out, allowing the bacteria to thrive. Thats why people wake up with bad breath, most people breathe with their mouths open, drying it out, and allowing the bacteria to thrive.

Dental hygeine is very important. Cavities can actually create a bad smell. Also make sure to brush or scrape your tongue regularly.
