there is nothing you can do. the federal government will not deport him unless he has actually been charged with a crime. Congress tried to make it actuallt against the law to be here illegally, but liberals shot it down. so for now, it is not technically a crime to be here illegally. that's why they're called undocumented.

Well, I guess the question would be what did they do to hurt your family? Was it illegal? If so, call the cops and let them figure it out.....

I don't know. I never ratted somebody out. I guess you report them to the INS. If they don't care then I guess you can't do anything.
