CLAMP is an all-female group of japanese animators who are well-known for their works like cardcaptor sakura,chobits,magic knight rayearth,chronicle of the wings,clamp school detectives,etc.of all their works,my top faves are chobits and cardcaptor sakura.chobits is very humorous and fun to watch while cardcaptor sakura's characters are cute especially kero!ü

CLAMP is the most recognized manga in the world. i know the author is CLAMP when the eyes are too near the forehead and look like slits. my favorite CLAMP manga is eerie queerie (is that by CLAMP? i think it is...) but if its not, i like CLAMP school detectives for some reason

My favorite works of theirs is CCS and Tsubasa Chronicles. They have made tons of manga over the years.

Yup I agree with Christine (ku-ri-s-te-i-n)'s answers. They are an all female group of manga and anime makers. In fact, one of their characters, Mokona, is actually named after one of their members, Mokona Apapa. I hope I got that right. ^.^. They've got nice detailing skills when it comes to artwork and some great stories for those who are young and those who are young at heart. I suggest you check one of their works to appreciate it.
I love Card Captor Sakura and Magic Knight Rayearth, because I could relate to some of Sakura and Hikaru's feelings. They also have some very heart warming/touching stories. Sakura also has nice songs that even kids could appreaciate. You'll learn to sing along with it long before you could understand what it actually means, not to mention the fabulous artwork and costumes.
