does he have any motive?or he finds it easier to tell sumone he barely noes?

I find it's easier to tell someone I barely know what my problems are as I know that I more than likely won't ever see or talk to them again. And the stranger may have ideas that people you know or are too close to the situation may not have thought of.

I agree with everyone else...some people find it nonbias, "safe" or just dont have anyone to talk to. Like others here, it has happened to me and I find it flattering that people find me both approachable and nonjudgemental. I guess I dont see what type of angle someone would have by telling their problems? If they were trying to deceive, wouldnt they try a less vulnerable way? Guess its hard for us non game players to understand.

It's easier to ask a stranger on line, than to reveal this personal & hurtful information in person. Chances are you will never meet or see these people in your lifetime.

If the person is someone you'll never see again, your ealier answer is probably it. If the person is looking to hookup or befriend you, run. That stranger will probably turn out to be a controlling leech.

It happens to me all the time, I think some of us are just more approachable than others. For some reason people seem comfortable enough around me (even if I have just said a random hi to a stranger in Walmart) to tell me all their problems. Or else people are just freaking crazy. I dunno.
