My friend, Chris, emailed me today asking if I texted him saying "2morrow, Cars, 2:00" Do you think that was a nervous way of asking me out for a 1st date?

Maybe it's his way of saying that he got a text from a number he didn't recognize...? Without knowing more info about your relationship, it's hard to say. Why not try asking him? Or, just go to the movie without feeling pressured to make it into a big "date" scenario, and see what happens. If you like each other *that* way, something probably will!

Wow, hard call. I wouldn't really consider Cars a date movie. However some people are different.
