LOL, Bush and Cheney are so corrupt, I wouldn't be surprised if they killed a few people (minus the 100,000 Iraqis) to keep ALL their corruption even more secret (is that even possible?)
I think Ken Lay died of natural causes but it is a bit ironic (and convinient) that he died just before his sentencing. One lucky bastard to die right before going to jail for life.
I guess we'll be seeing him as a cockroach in his next life, stealing a hairy potato chip his group of roach buddies, only this time the cockroaches won't be in suits. :-P

it is kind of 'convenient' that he dies short of serving his prison term, isn't it? well, there are a few things that can be done to make sure the wicked witch is dead: first, check the coffin. if a body in there looks & smells like him, i guess that would do OR wait a while & check the daily financials from the caribbean area. if some company in the area suddenly gets rich and then goes belly up, bet anyone's last few paychecks, that's lay all over. let's face it, america. some people just know when to die!

It's possible that he might be in an island basking or baking himself under the sun under a different name and identity.
How i wish he is "alive" here so he can face the tribunal and spit out some other names involved in that scandal. Poor guy. or maybe lucky guy if he indeed is somewhere in the tropics.

Yes, he's dead, but I wouldn't be surprised if the CIA didn't do a hit on him because just maybe he was finally going to spill his guts about Bush and Cheney's involvement with the whole Enron debaucle.
