Because if we stayed the same age and everyone around us kept getting older we would have to make new friends every so often, we would have to update everyso often and keep getting with the job routine and we would have to keep falling in and out of love because if we got married we eventually would have to remarry another younger one (just when you had the other one trained too).
If we had nothing to look forward to, we would never have and end and then that would change life from a circle to a straight line. Great thing if you want to get from point A to point B in nothing flat, sort of takes away from getting older, you would be lots older if that were the case.
Need to have faith that there is something beyond us that is greater and a whole lot better for us.
