What were the names of the 7 drawfs?

well then maybe it was a book based on an idea of Snow White. Because i remember heraring a reference that said in Hans Christian Anderson's book, they had no names: Just The Seven Drawfs, and that it was Walt Disney who gave them names.

In Grimm's Tales, the dwarfs had no specific names. In fact, if you read the original tale, it is very horrific. (All Grimm's tales were nasty tales with bad things happening to the main characters) A lot of VERY bad things happen to Snow White (who was only 6 at the time in their story). I won't go into details. Disney really cleaned up the version and made it a "happy" movie since that is what Disney is about.
