I have extremely awful cramps, so I know how you feel. My doctor has me on EXTREMELY strong pain medication once a month and the pains are still awful. You may think my advice is weird, but its the ONLY thing that ever helps.
I would suggest masturbating. This loosens the muscles and is proven to help with cramps. This is literally the only thing that helps me when I have the awful pains.
Good luck.

Ah, poor thing, cramps are no fun! Here is some solid advice from the Center for Young Women's Health at the Children's Hospital Boston. Please see the link below for additional information.
Some girls and women have such bad cramps that heating pads and over-the-counter medications don't relieve the pain. If this is the case, talk to your health care provider. Many times, birth control pills are prescribed for girls with severe cramps, nausea, or vomiting. They work by preventing you from ovulating and by making your menstrual flow lighter.
If you are taking birth control pills and you are still having pain or bad cramps, you should talk with your health care provider. You could have an infection or a problem such as endometriosis.
Endometriosis, pronounced, "end-o-me-tree-o-sis" can affect girls of all ages. Most girls experience mild cramps or pelvic pain during their menstrual cycle but if you have unexplained pelvic pain, or menstrual cramps that are so bad that you miss school, you may have endometriosis. There could be other reasons for your symptoms too. Only your health care provider can tell for sure.
Hope this helps!

I buy those medicated heating pads they last up to eight hours and you can't see it under your clothes. I put it on the minute I start because the cramps start shortly after. IB profin takes the swelling down but I usually have to take a few doses before it kicks in. know how you feel I want somebody to knock me out until the worst of it is over. try the heating pads they really do help

my sister used to get really really bad pms cramps. What she found that helped her was taking birth control pills, she also found that taking pamprin instead of regular pain killers as they were missing something that the pamprin didn't. I have also heard that vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium taking together helps with pms cramps, but before taking anything natural or man made talk with your doctor.
