This, unfortunately, is an ignorant question. There is no one position better than another. If the sperm and the egg get together, and believe me, mother nature intends for that too happen, then fertilization will take place and, voila, you are pregnant.
Just relax, have fun while making love and don't use any kind of protections. As long as both of you are healthy and capable, pregnancy will come.

With a pillow under your fanny, to lift your cervix ( unless your cervix curves the other way then you may try entry from behind, then just cuddle and lay there a few minutes, no big drama or announcement to it.
Nothing worse to dampen the ole ready to go guy than to announce that the sex is merely to conceive. enjoy yourself, don't make it a mission.

The cervix is in the front. Any position which allows the sperm to collect around the cervix is to your advantage.

Positions don't matter during sex. But afterwards, any position that keeps sperm in you longer is best.

I"d say one where the penis ends up in the vagina before male orgasm.......just to be technical, as far as artistic is concerned, doggie-style got the job done a few times for me.

try to be in the top of the male...and stay there longer when the male is cumming and after dont move to go wash your self and stay laying down for a while....then go take a shower after.
