My brain and mouth combined. It is so easy to incite feelings in other weaker minded people. Words are more powerful than they are given credit for. Praying is useless. But if it has to be a conventional weapon, I say a U.S. Marine and his rifle.

If you accept the notion that the purpose of a weapon is to protect yourself and to kill or disable your opponent, then the best personal weapon is a high-powered rifle. Take 'em out before they can get close enough to harm you. Range, accuracy, and fire-power, in that order, are the keys to weaponry. That's why the longbow trumped the mounted Knight and the crossbow until the introduction of guns.
I assume you meant a personal weapon handled by an individual. Obviously artillery, tanks, air power and missiles will take out a rifle brigade, but the theory remains the same. Range, Accuracy, Fire-power.

could make a great weapon if you have enough imagination as to it's implementation... and you cant be busted for carrying a concealed "roll of duct tape" .. It's very inexpensive and there are a few websites out there that give step by step instructions on how to construct the perfect weapon using only this wonderful product.

The best weapon is the support of the masses, without numbers behind you, nothing can be accomplished. A one man protest or revolt gets nowhere, but have enough people behind you, and you are truly a force to be reckoned with.

i spent years in the military and i can say that the best weapon is the m16 for stand off work but for close in work i prefer combat knife or the garrote just a wire handle or grips on each end

The mind is not a weapon, knowledge is. A mind can be weak but knoweledge is potent. you have to KNOW how to use a traditional weapon like a knife, sword or whatever. you could be well armed but if you don't know how to use it, you might as well go into battle naked.

"TOUNGE" is the best and dangerous weapon. One can live and earn more money if he has excellent speaking skills. A man ( though he is not smart) can attract a lady if he is very good in speaking. for a man speaking and communication skill must be there.

I believe the best weapon is intelligence. With that you have self-control (also a good weapon). Too many things have gone wrong because someone didn't have self-control
