No.
You can feel badly for what you have done.
You can feel rotten that it messed stuff up.
But you DON'T need to "feel sorry" for yourself.
Get off your keester and attempt to make things right again.
You can either 'fix' the problem or know that you tried, and learn from it (either way)...........
Feeling sorry for yourself just makes another problem!!
(good luck)

No, it is not okay to feel sorry for yourself. Do some soul searching. Ask yourself why this happened, how you could have prevented it from happening. How you might remedy the problem. When we just sit and feel sorry for ourselves we never get any where in life. It's like were just stuck in the mud and won't ever be able to pull ourselves out. Sometimes, this type of behavior can also make us depressed. Deal with your problem ASAP and be happy!

If it means a lot, yes. No one is perfect. Hey, you made a mistake. Go ahead, and fix it- if you can. If you need help in fixing it, ask the question. I'm sure the others and I can give a bit of help.

sure, for like a day or two. but get over it and try not to let it happen again. feeling sorry for yourself won't change what was messed up, just will drive you crazy.

Maybe.. but wouldn't the time be spent better on thinking of how you can maybe fix it? And if you can't fix it what can you do next time to not let it get screwed up again?

even accidents wind up happening for a reason, don't worry too much... forgive yourself.
try to honestly repair the damage if you can, or to grieve for what has been lost, all that is healthy but to move on is absolutely necessary.

yeah there is a certain amount of self pity that is healthy but you have to drag yourself out of it within 1 1/2 weeks otherwise you risk losing yourself!
