Oh my gosh. Mine smears all the time. I dont know how to fix it. I wish I could find a way. Instead of tatoo. That would hurt.

Try a liquid eyeliner. Once dry, it doesn't smear.

If you want a dramatic, razor sharp edge then use liquid liner. This liner doesn't smear, I use Loreal Lineur Intense in Black.

Some pencil liners will smudge but if you want one that will last about 8 hours then use what I use, It is called Lancome le Crayon Khol In Black ebony.

permanent make-up (tatoo) is about the only thing that really wont smear. If you something that won't smear, you're probably going to have to use something pretty harsh to remove it at night.

I have tried just about every brand. The best tip I've learned is to use any liner that you like but dab it after you apply it with the same color powder eye shadow. Your eyeliner will not smudge.

use primer or powder shadow as base and apply liner into lash line with custom brush check out smashbox on QVC,its great does not smear and alot of great colors.

If you use a thin brush and use eyeshadow it's more likely to stay put for a long time. It's also less expensive than getting a tatoo...

Tattoo eyeliner. Cost = $1,000 But you NEVER have to put it on again.... ever!
