Go to Ocracoke Island in the Outerbanks North Carolina...best vacation ever. You can rent a house there at a very reasonable rate.

Just go to Gods ' own country. The Kerala State, in India.
Lovly beaches n lovely backwters , Hills etc..
Less expensive n most attracrive.

You're probably in the US, but if you're anywhere near Scotland you should check out St. Andrews - its gorgeous and has both things you mentioned.
