The only issue with traveling overseas is the possibility of a complication, and being too far from your ob/gyn. Plus there are alot of dangers when it comes to contaminated waters and undercooked foods that don't meet US standards that could leave you (and the baby) ill. Bring your own water.

Most doctors will not allow air travel after the 6th, sometimes 7th month. Many airlines won't let you travel if you appear to be fairly far along and some may even require a physician's note stating you may fly (this was years ago so don't know if it still is that way). So, if you are past your second trimester, check with your ob and with the airline.

Usually you can travel by plane during the second trimester. That's when you are past 3 months and less than 6 months pregnant. But you should ask your Dr. because everybody is not the same.

I've never heard of any restriction, though you can never tell. But a woman can travel in a plane when pregnant, anytime, anywhere, any month.

I flew to Paris when I was seven months pregnant. I wasn't REAL big but definitely pregnant. Don't forget, the seats aren't comfortable to begin with unless you fly first class.

It depends. You need to speak to your doctor if you need to have any vacinations for the country you are planning to travel to. Some vacinations may not be safe for the baby.
