Honestly an extra hour would not make much of a difference in a single day. maybe if the day was 30 hours, it would be a considerable amount of time to dramatically effect ones day

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight on the health club and visualize that weight coming off preserving the burden on your palms helps placed across living house purely how heavy even 5 pounds of added fat is also

Well, our circadian rhythyms would run much better, that's for sure.
I'd probably sleep. I don't like to sleep, but 5 hours per night just isn't enough to function.

I'd add more friends and spend time with them. I would also put some extra time to thank God and Pray, and Medidate.
