I think all of the above play some part in the equation.

One idea you did not mention is that all women are attracted to the "bad boy" types and "off-limits" types. In other words, go on a date and there will be 100 single women watching you. Go alone, and you are invisible.

So it is probably because to white women, you are "off-limits" because you are black; therefore, more desirable.
