Anger management to be done by your husband.
You have to know why he is doing and the reason behind it.
Take him to a psychologist for a psycho therapy to know the reason.
He will be the best man to advise and treat your husband.
Nobody can help such short tempered people. Either he should control himself or take treatement and become a normal man or lastly as you said you have to take the extreme step of necking him out.

Emotional abuse is almost as bad as physical to me. I suggest that he gets some medical intervention and put on some antidepressants, counseling or you leaving him if he continues. It is not worth being scared all the time that you might get abused physically also by his explosive outbursts. I have lived in abuse several times in my life and the last time I almost died. Get the heck out of dodge if it continues. Your life is much more important than living with an abuser.

Mental and emotional abuse is just as bad as physical.....he either needs to get him some help or you need to get out of the marriage. Believe me....it is not going to get any better.

Try to get him in anger management counseling if that doesn't work try a health food store they have remedies for just about anything. Talk to the store clerk about what you need.

Get out girl! My ex was like this and eventually he crippled me. You shouldn't have to worry about pushing him he needs to stand up and be a man, and get help. PLEASE suggest counseling or RUN AWAY! Don't let what happened to me happen to you. NO MAN is worth it! Take care of YOU, and good luck.

I dunno, maybe xanex or prozac or some other med's. Bi-polar meds seem to work for anger, ask your doctor.
