Their makeing me an on line offer that sounds to be too good to be true.Legitimamte answer's, other's will be reported.

The general rule of thumb is,
"If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is"

For unsolicited offers or rewards on the internet it should read,
"If it sounds too good to be true, then it is"
