Why am I not surprised that half the people on here said Bush? It's the trendy thing to say, even if it's not even close to accurate. Besides the valid answers like Kim Jong Il, Chavez, and the president of Iran, there are a ton of people that almost no one is aware of. Half the nations in Africa have civil wars and different kinds of ethnic cleansing going on, and we rarely hear about them. Darfur is worse than anything going on in Iraq. I don't know their names, but there are a lot of warlords with their bands of followers going around hacking off arms and raping women in Africa, and some of these groups are the de facto leaders of the country. They have to be seriously considered for the worst.

Define "worst". The only one starting wars and terrorizing innocent people is Bush. Yes I admit Saddam wasn't the most pleasant tyrant but he kept the peace in his country. Yeah, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran is kinda of ludicrous to defy the super power of the world because Bush is probably gonna start a war with Iran, which will kill half the population and leave the country in ruins. But he's just trying to get some nuclear power, like Canada, the US, or any other country. The US just doesn't want Iran to have freedom. North Korea is just outright challenging the US, but it's proving a point that why should the states have nuclear weapons, but no-one else can? Is it because if you don't abide by US-law, you will get nuked? If you ask me, is the leader of Hammas a bad leader given that he's fighting for people who have nothing, but doing it in the least humane way?

The worst leader in the present world is of course Mr. George W. Bush because his unwise decisions are harming not only the common-man of America only but the people of whole world. Qualities of leader of any other country has no decisive role in present world-order, and therefore, it will always remain behind Mr. Bush.

I think Bush would be most people's answer. When Bush won the last presidential election newspapers around the world seemed to have the same headline "FOUR MORE YEARS OF THIS!!!"

a frontrunner who does not upward thrust up for what he or she thinks is quite excellent. There fairly isn't "the worst international chief" because everyones' opinion differs from the subsequent human being. -If Bush is the worst chief, then why are y'all nevertheless alive and properly?

Truthfully, beware of Putin of Russia. When it comes down to it, he's far from a Gorbachev. He blocks whatever legal paths the US takes (when it does do things legally). And, he's beginning to rule Russia with the same iron fist that the Russian people have had before.
