On raw talent, I believe Randy Moss is, when he's not injured. But your question is too simple. A better question is how do Randy Moss and Terrell Owens differ from each other?
Moss excells in going long to catch a deep pass. Owens is a prototype west coast receiver. In the west coast offense, a team tries to control the ball with short passes, often through the middle of the defense. They pass for short yardage instead of running the ball. A west coast receiver needs to be taller, bigger and stronger to hold on to the ball while getting hit hard. Owens does that well and often will make a big play AFTER he catches the ball.
Now Moss does catch passes through the middle and Owens will go long. However, most people think of Moss as making a big play on a long pass and think of Owens as making a big play on a middle distance pass.
Owens should have a better year in 2006 because he's on a better team than Moss. The Cowboys will contend for a playoff spot. The Raiders are rebuilding.

I would have to go Moss on that one...only because Moss is actually misunderstood and want to just be left alone(but when you make millions people don't live you alone)...christ he lives in a retirement community. While on the other hand TO is just a jackass with a big mouth.
Talent wise Moss again gets the thumbs up....to bad the raiders suck so bad(Oakland: Where good players go to die!). Someone should smack Al Davis

T.O. Aside from all his baggage and theatrics, is a way more consistent performer. The stats alone speak for themselves. Any team he is on hates him and yet, can't get enough of him until his personality blows it. As much as I don't like him, his skills are off the charts.

I think Moss, because he not only has talent, but he comes without the mouth and attitude to hurt his team like T.O.

TO seems to be more dominant the last 3 years. he looks like he runs better, more precise routes and gives 100% whenever he's on the field unlike Moss who looks bored and simply going through the motions most of the time.

I hate to admit Terrel Owens. Would I like to know either of them personally? Probably not. I don't know much about Moss, but T.O. seems like he would emit so much conceit that it could be deadly at short ranges.

TO is a beast, Moss is good too, If you need a big play for a quick score then randy is your man if your within 50 yards just put it up he'll go get it, but if you need a scoring drive then TO is your man, he is fearless going across the middle. moss wont dare go across the middle, TO will keep making plays and take you down the field.
