la chupacabra was once alive a long time ago when spain got to mexico it was the aztec who created the chupacabra so spain wouldnt take over but the chupacabra is still real just resting till somethin like that happens AGAIN

I wouldn't say I know beyond a shadow of a doubt, but something interesting to keep in mind is that in Puerto Rico, where they first sighted it, is said to have a lot of animal testing facilities. Kinda' makes you think.

After all, aren't we playing around with cloning? Maybe Chupacabra could exist.
