They think just because some book a bunch of stoners from 2,000 years ago wrote says something it must be true. It's just like how if Michael Moore, etc. says something it's automatically right.

no Christians are only human, just like the rest of us. Remember, everyone has the right to believe as they want...personally I think the Bible is a great work of fiction, but again, we each have a right to worship as we want.

All religions are based on old stories which no one can prove or disprove. Belief in a religion is a matter of FAITH.

That is completely different from those who choose what to believe based on their personal opinion of facts, like Michael Moore. In modern American politics, people will believe anything they see in the press, no matter how far fetched or ridiculous.

If you are atheist, that's your choice. But if you speak against Christianity, you speak against all religions. That puts you at odds with 99%+ of people on earth. Perhaps you feel extra special for that, but perhaps you are missing something too.

hee,hee haa, haa, is that suppose to be funny.........NOT! Christian and liberal should not even be used in the same sentence. Liberals are the furthest thing from a Christian. Of coarse this is probably coming from an Atheist or Agnostic. Who's afraid to stand up and believe in anything........Wimpy, Wimpy, Wimpy........yeah this is an ignorant response but it goes with the question.

Intolerance is so great, that's what's wrong with society now a days. At least we're not afraid to stand up for something. You just want to sit back and find fault with everyone else, yeah that's SO NOBLE!

Christ Himself was a Liberal (by all sane standards) and his teachings were very liberal for their time.

Our country was founded by very Liberal-minded men who wanted to see a world where anyone, even you, could voice your opinion without worrying about being thrown in prison.

Lincoln was very Liberal for his time, as was Teddy Roosevelt.

Teddy wanted to do the most Liberal, the most Christian thing possible and that was to break up the sweat shop monopolies and force the greedy anti-Christians of his day to pay fair wages and stop price-fixing.

Liberals championed for human rights for all people, regardless of skin color. Like Christ, they believe we're all God's children.

There are more Democrats serving in out armed forces than Republicans. This has always been the case.

And on and on and on.

Moore doesn't have historical and physical/archaeological evidence to back up his book, the Bible does. Simon Greenleaf (top legal mind of his day and a law professor at (Harvard?) tried to disprove the Bible with legal reasoning and evidence and ended up becoming a follower of Christ because of it.
There is nothing in the Bible that has been contradicted by archeology.

liberals don't believe in christ, therefore they aren't christians so the 2 can't be compared. I think christianity was conceived of and invented by satan. Just look at how it divides people and all the evil it seems to create.
