Simple things like employee recognition for a job well done, a card on special occassions, or a holiday party. Since employees spend a large portion of their day and lives at work, it's almost like family. Making employees feel "at home," a good old pat on the back to say good job, and maybe some activities to break the monotony of work all help improve life on the job.
For example, I miss working at one bank back in NJ that had an annual beach party during the summer. The entire bank, not just my office, got together at a resort and we spent the day there. Was lots of fun. And the fact that it was nearly 20 years ago, but still sticks in my mind as a great experience is testiment to a nice place to work.

We discovered that the employees if they were rewarded they would work and be happier. For instance we had a mail box locked and it would opened before the month was over. WE the employees would write down our new ideas for the quantity and the qualitys on the job experience. Everyone knew that they would try hard for a bonus check. WE even drew blueprints on the machinery and how to make it simpler and quickder but not a burden on others If someone was hired and they turned out .the employee would get a big bonus check called bounty check of$500.00

Every Employer should keep a complaint box and a suggestion box in his office. All the rational complaints and suggestions must be attended by him. If suggestions are for good working conditions and better facilities, those should be completed. An Office with Good working conditions and facilities will attract good staff and automatically good clients and business. Try it. Best of Luck. ;)

Where there are events..like picnics, bowling league, where people have xmas parties, or get treated for lunch by an employer to show you doing a great job. A dream..no one ever says your doing a great job..You will then ask for a raise.

it ought to were a attempt do not get so disillusioned fairly yet some businesses attempt their managers that thanks to make certain how they react in those variety of circumstances. merely save it cool and word what takes position you may even get a boost and or promotion. in the journey that they were fairly disillusioned with you they could modern-day you with the precise issues and they does not scream at you over the telephone, they could likely have a own assembly. i'd say there's a competent wager that turned right into a managerial attempt so like I reported save it cool and proceed to artwork flat out and it ought to probably pay off.

in the break room supply a large bowl of weed and a hooka bong ...and keep the fridge stocked with cocacola and doritos for the munchies....no no ..i'm wrong ..that would just make it fun for your employees...if you want to make it exiting put vodka in the water coolers and lace the coffee with LSD...that should make it so exciting that you couldn't stand it

splash some colorful, not to bright or bold colors on the walls...walls are always so blah....its been a proven fact that color changes one's attitude...get rid of the white/off white..especially if your in a call center..lol..also companies should play light music throughout the whole facility on intercom.
