What time will i wake up as it's 11:23pm here?

It just depends on how the medications affect you.
Set an alarm if you need up for anything. Sometimes taking both together can knock you out for a good while. Sometimes, they can keep you awake.
Why are you taking so many anyways? Usually 1 of each will do the trick. Hopefully you will wake up.

If they weren't prescribed for you specifially and/or if you didn't follow the exact dozing, I'd have to agree with the first answerer.
Following an auto accident that I had in March of 2000 (my Ford Aspire vs. a semi) I was on like four prescriptions (including anti-anixety drugs to help me drive without freaking out...which took a while) so if everything is taken to dose...well, eight-ten hours probably.

If pain pills are required for pain in the neck wife I would say you'll wake up when she does.

why are you taking so many pills!? are you used to taking them? what's your usual dosage? if you're not careful you may not wake up at all!!!
