Greed is wanting it all. Bad for those close to the greedy. The greedy one would have no feelings or cares for anyone else, this is bad.

Assuming you're referring to one of "The Seven Deadly Sins" and not some acronym I'm unfamiliar with, then yes, I think greed is bad. Be wary of those that confuse greed with the pursuit of betterment, because they are different. Greed doesn't know when to stop, and it affects others negatively, often without any regret.
