If I were the cop I'd be wondering why someone would need to ride a bike to a place to get drunk.

Here's a question. if you get arrested for riding drunk do you have to apply for a permit to ride to and from the playground?

You could definitely be arrested for it. It is considered public drunkeness, whether you are bothering anybody or not. The penalty varies from state to state, but you will go to jail for the night in all 50 states.

The answer depends on where this took place. In Texas, for example, you could be charged with public intoxication if the police felt you were not in control of your faculties and were a danger to yourself or others---even if you were not bothering anyone at the time.

Public Intoxication, you'd be given a citation, and thrown in the drunk tank till you sober up

It depends on what state you are in while doing this. I believe that public drunkenness is a misdemeanor, even if you are a minor, in most states.

When President Bush's nephew was arrested for public drunkenness in Texas, he spent a few hours in jail and was fined $4,000.
