In some states it actually IS legal to marry a first cousin, which doesn't make it a good idea. If any genetic weaknesses run in your family, your children will have a higher risk of inheriting it from the two of you, than if you married a non-related person. There WILL be family issues if you were to marry or be intimate with your cousin. That will place a heavy burden on your relationship. Finally and most importantly, pay attention now, SEX CHANGES EVERYTHING! A relationship is as likely to get worse as it is to get better after sex. Sex adds an emotional burden and if it's with a close relative, it can tear a whole family apart for a lifetime.
You didn't give your age. If you and your cousin are 30, then maybe. If you are 13, then its a very bad idea.

You must be from Deliverances. Being up in thoses hills for so long. That even family members are looking good to ya. It's nasty to marry your cousin. Nasty, illegal, and very very sick.
You have a risk, to have a deform child. That will have problems from birth. It could even die. If you family knows, and don't care. Then they need to be smack side silly.

Oh gosh, do you live in the south? Is it a cousin by blood?
Either way this is majorly illegal. Your kids would have no arms and one leg at birth.. or something like that.

I hope this isn't a serious question. You cannot legally marry your cousin nor should you even think about him that way.

As long as one of you gets sterilized, then it shouldn't be a problem.
