None of them. Because;
When I say I am a brain - the brain alone is not "I"
When I say I have a brain - Every one has brain and so it is meaningless.
Do you have a better question?

You are not aware of anything without your brain, therefore it seems incorrect to say "I have a brain." Without your brain, you have zero self-awareness, let alone breath and blood flow. Therefore, you and I are our brains. And our brains are nothing but chemicals. Putting on airs.
