as a female i know that when having sex with a guy it is satisfying most when a chick cares for the guy but that is not always the case. Obviously a girl who just lays there and does and says nothing isnt enjoying your service but if she moans and and well you can just tell by looking at the face expressions. The movement of her body, foreplay and everything. so if she is active and seems to enjoy it and doesnt tell you to get off or i have once said "are you almost finished?" than you are doing great. If she just lays there and moans every 30 seconds i would really wonder if she liked it or was just a dead lay. A chick has to work too during sex to help stimulate herself and you. Every woman is different. What you see in the movies lie! All the vocal stuff and even facial expressions and scratching and biting can be faked and IS fake most of the time. Women only do that to pump up a guy's ego. (sorry, but its true)
The physical keys: Nipples hard? are her hips pressing up into yours? Are her legs gripped tightly around you? Is she putting as much effort into it as you? Is she really wet down there with heart racing and sweat? the answer damn well better be yes to all of the above and more.
The vocal keys - Yes, there could be genuine moans, even yells, but for the most part she will tell you plain and simple if something feels good. or to keep doing what you are doing, or to do something specific.

i'm gonna be honest. It's nothing like the movies... all the "ooohs & aahhhh" and the shrieks mean NOTHING!!! If she's really into it, it's gonna sound a lot more heated and you'll hear the urgency. If she's vocal about it, she'll let you know that you're doing it right, or where/what to pursue next. If she's just laying there, ask her...

Personally, I don't moan or groan or whatsoever...I am so much focused when my man is giving me pleasure...It's more distracting when you're "ooohhh" ing or "aaah" ing...
Plus what's all in the movies are big lies. The facial expressions, and all that.

i would say when you see the white milky vaginal secretion on your penis, then u know that an orgasm has happened if she is truly satified and i agree with the other women we are great actresses,but when it's the truth there's a look on our face well at lease my face that not even i can perform beleive me i have been known to perform. that look almost looks like (i can't explain, you'll know ) trust me!
