It depends on what kind of music you like. If anything, Norah Jones is a better piano player than Alicia Keys, she does Jazz chords that take years of learning and practicing to get right and her ear is very sensitive to them, so her music is very well thought out. Alicia is a good piano player, but I don't see why I would choose her over any other piano player, Norah Jones has a talent when it comes to piano, and that's a fact not an opinion, now, better artist is only defined by YOUR ear and yours only.

Because Norah Jones appeals to a "small group" does not make her inferior. I will admit that both of these artists are talented, but I feel that Norah Jones is the better one.
