I am married to a man that is of a different ethnic background (race) and to be honest his personality and trustworthyness is what attracted me to him. He was kind and caring and educated and treated me right. I do not think that for many people it is in what race someone is but the connection that they form with the person. My husband and I have been together for over 10 years and even though we have gone through alot in out lives together I would not trade it for anything. But I did not marry him because he was black but because I loved him and loved what he brought out in me. If I would have met a man that was the same color as me that made me feel the same way then I would have married him but I didnt I met my equal who loves me unconditionally that treats me as if I am the most beautiful woman in the world and I married him . So you see it is not a question of Race it is a question of character.

What do you mean race??? It's the Human Race and includes all colors, creeds, etc. Race is such an icky word. It's the HUMAN RACE. If you are asking if I've been attracted to somebody who wasn't the same skin color or ethnicity as me...my answer is yes, of course.

I didn't know there was an "opposite" race. To answer your question, I have dated people who were of a different background than myself.

I've dated people of different ethnicity's than myself. I only believe in one race-human. There was nothing different in what attracted me to any of them. I look for intelligence, a job, education, honesty and trustworthiness. ( not necessarily in that order)
