You just need to be the best you can be. That will get you noticed for sure. Your sister probably gets away with alot because she's younger. And your older so everyone expects you to act right while little sis gets to annoy you and gets away with it. But if your the perfect angel I'll bet little sister will start showing her true self around everyone else. Once your sister realizes that she doesn't get under your skin anymore she will most likely grow bored of trying to annoy you. You'll have to hang in there and not let her know she truely is driving you nuts. But it will pay off in the end.

Whether or not your sister is a brat, you sound like you have jealousy issues! If she has a personality that makes her noticeable and likable to other people, then you shouldn't be thinking about getting her to be unnoticed. She obviously has a talent for getting attention. Lack of competition from your sister doesn't make you more appealing, it just presents less options for interested people. Don't get caught up in trying to get noticed. The fact is, if you get noticed for good things, you will also get noticed for the negative things, and negative things have a way of overshadowing positive things in the minds of others. Her being a brat is probably no more than sibling rivalry, which happens in every family on Earth at one time or another!
When you are grown and living on your own in your own place, then you can start to have peace, at least from your competition with your sister. If it is an issue for you with your sister, then it may stay as an issue with you and other people in the future if you don't overcome it!

That is what siblings do. Be cool when she is be a goody goody around others and try not letting it get to you. She will realize she is no longer driving you crazy and let up. The second option I would say is to talk to her about how you feel. Help her understand but don't be a jerk about it. She's a kid, this is what they do.
