in my opinion either or. i mean female are reliable for gossip cuz most of us love to talk, but there's a problem, it's like telephone by the time it gets to you whatever the message was, its totally wrong if your lucky it's right. men are also a reliable source becuase they don't gossip as much so whatever they tell you is sure enough true. problem is since most of them don't gossip they might not tell you what you want to know. anyways it really depends on the person!

Both are reliable. There are men and women out there who are not reliable at all, but it depends on who they are.
