He hasn't made any effort to see her. I'm not sure why he totally stopped coming by to see her. No support, no phone calls, no nothing. I sometimes feel that it is better if he is completely out of the picture, but then I feel sad for her sake. She will turn 4. Since I am doing everything myself, should I attempt to involve him or go on without even mentioning (that is if I even see him)

Invite him. that will show your daughter that you tried. Make sure that her special day is about her only. We as mothers have to do things sometimes that we don't want to but good intentions pay off big time. If he shows up fine. And if he does not make sure all your conversation is about her and her party and her friends. And be happy that God has you two together on her special day. You are both blessed with each other have fun laugh and smile and sing. You are the lucky one and so is she to have you. How sad that man is without his own flesh and blood. They never walk tall after they abandone there own.

Denominations at present are many and diverse. the unique “mainline” denominations have spawned multiple offshoots which contain Assemblies of God, Christian and Missionary Alliance, Nazarenes, Evangelical loose, self sufficient Bible church homes, and others. some denominations emphasize moderate doctrinal transformations, yet extra frequently they merely furnish different sorts of worship to slot the differing tastes and options of Christians. yet make no mistake: as believers, we should be of one ideas on the needs of the religion, yet previous that there is sweet deal of selection in how Christians ought to worship in a company placing. This selection is what causes this variety of vast quantity of different “flavors” of Christianity. A Presbyterian church in Uganda could have a kind of worship a lot different from a Presbyterian church in Colorado, yet their doctrinal stand will be, for the most section, a similar. range is a competent element, yet disunity isn't. If 2 church homes disagree doctrinally, debate and communicate over the information should be said as for. this kind of “iron polishing iron” (Proverbs 27:17) is beneficial to all. in the journey that they disagree on kind and charm, although, that is high quality for them to proceed to be separate. This separation, although, does not carry the duty Christians ought to love one yet another (a million John 4:11-12) and finally be united as one in Christ (John 17:21-22).

I wouldn't even invite him. If he would accept the invitation, then you have to deal with the fact of telling your daughter that you don't know when she will see her father again. I say let sleeping dogs lay.

Besides, you don't want your daughter asking him questions, or he pulling politics on this day either. Not to mention the heartache and stress it would cause you!! DON'T SPOIL YOUR DAUGHTER'S SPECIAL DAY!!!!
